Äntligen hemma !

Haha gud så skönt trodde jag skulle gå under sista timmarna.

Vet inte varför men just nu är de absolut ingenting i skolan som är "kul", inte för att skolan någonsin varit de. Men jag menar mer att de är okej, man känner inte att man bara vill gå hem. Kanske för att nu är de andra året och de är de tuffaste året på hela utbildningen ? Jag vet inte men jag har en sån där period just nu.

Recept kladdkake cupcakes

2 ägg
2,5 dl socker
4 msk kakao
2 vaniljsocker
1 krm salt
100 gr smält smör (använd äkta smör så blir det godast!)
3 dl mjöl

Vispa ägg och socker ljust och luftigt
Tillsätt resten av ingredienserna, smöret sist. Rör till en slät smet.
Fyll formarna till 3/4 och grädda i mitten av ugnen i c.a 10-12 min i 175 grader.
