rosa muffins

Ser ut som de funkar nu med att publicera alla inlägg. Skönt för de är så irreterande när man skrivit en massa och sedan försvinner de !
Aja sen sist har jag inte gjort mycket alls, de har ju regnat i stort sett hela tiden. Har bakat rosa muffins, jätte söta. Recept kommer nedan.
Ska snart se några avsnitt av NCIS eftersom avsnitten som går just nu är så grymt bra. Hörs senare !

2½ dl socker
3½ mjöl
2 ägg
150 g smör
1 msk vaniljsocker
1 tsk bakpulver
röd karamellfärg

Smält smöret och låt de bli finger varmt
Häll i socker och äggen och vispa de poröst
Häll sedan i resten av alla ingredienser och smöret
Vispa och ja sedan är de bara att hälla i formarna.
Låt gräddas i 10 min 225 grader.
Självklart kan man tillsätta någon sylt eller annan smak.
Svårare än så är de inte !
